We were happy with the service we received from Charles Woods from our initial contact with Becky to request a quote to and including the removal itself. On the day the team turned up very promptly and introduced themselves (Graham,Mark and Josh). They did an excellent job, taking special care when wrapping our pictures, TV’s etc. Once at our new address the heavens opened, but despite the awful weather conditions they took care in unloading and placing our belongings in the correct places, making sure the carpets were all protected throughout. They were professional, polite and friendly throughout. All our belongings arrived intact and undamaged. We would definitely recommend Charles Woods. All in all it was a great service, thank you very much to you all.

It all went like clockwork, thank you, and your lovely crew made a huge contribution to that.    They were punctual, efficient, incredibly hard working and also pleasant people to have around.   Moving to a 5^th floor flat with only a small lift brought its challenges but they leaned in and just got on with it.    I am fully unpacked now and not a single item was damaged.
